How to Update Backtrack

So Backtrack has lots of programs in it and some times (ok you should do this often) you want to update your apps. Now you can go one by one.....by one......by one....yawn (Boring). Or you can can just let BackTrack do the work for you.
This will update Backtrack Apps in general, if you are looking for Metasploit update I will post that soon.

Just type this command in.

You will then see something similar to this.

Next type this command.

You will see this and then type "Y" and enter.

You will this see this start.
